Pfam Accession Number(s)

Search for structures by Pfam Accession Numbers, the unique identifier of protein families and domains in the Pfam database.

The Pfam database is a large collection of protein families, each represented by multiple sequence alignments and hidden Markov models (HMMs).

One or more Pfam Accession Numbers can be typed or copied and pasted in the search box. Multiple IDs can be separated by commas or white space, including line breaks.

  1. Enter PF00104 into the text box and press "Submit Query". Each PDB structure that belongs to this protein family, has the Pfam classification listed on the Annotation tab of the structure summary page, for example 3NSP.
